ABS DIPLOMA PROGRAM 1. Who qualifies to be enrolled on the ABS Program? Anyone who is born again. Church Members, Deacons, Church Leaders, Church Workers, People who want to become Pastors, Missionaries or people who just want to have academic knowledge of Christian Ministry. 2. I don't want to become a Pastor. Can I enroll on the ABS Program? Yes.
3. What is Christian Foundations Diploma? This Course would provide deep understanding of the basic Christian Doctrines such as Salvation, Being Born Again, Faith, Holy Spirit, Holy Ghost Baptism, Water Baptism, The Importance of the Word of God, How to defend the Christian Faith, Evangelism, etc. At the end of this course the ordinary Christian would be grounded in his new found faith, and ready to move deeper into the things of God. 4. How long does it take to complete the Christian Foundations Diploma? The duration of the course depends on the pace of the student. However, after two years your registration and enrolment will expire. 5. What is Church Workers Diploma? This course introduces the student to the basic level of ministry work with respect to prayer, preaching, visitation, etc. At the end of this course, a student will be ready to serve effectively in the church. 6. How long does it take to complete the Church Workers Diploma? The duration of the course depends on the pace of the student. However, after one year your registration and enrolment will expire.
7. What is Lay Ministers Diploma? Essentially this course is for Christians who have the call of God on their lives to do the work of a minister, but who are fully engaged in their secular work. This course equips such Christians with requisite knowledge and skills for various aspects of ministry work in their churches. 8. How long does it take to complete the Lay Ministers Diploma? The duration of the course depends on the pace of the student. However, after two years your registration and enrolment will expire. 9. What is Advanced Ministers Diploma? This is the highest diploma that can be obtained. For candidates who aspire to be trained to become pastors it will form the theoretical basis of their professional training. 10. How long does it take to complete the Advanced Ministers Diploma? The duration of the course depends on the pace of the student. However, after four years your registration and enrolment will expire. 11. How do I get enrolled on the ABS Programs? There are two methods by which you can enroll: You can self-enroll directly on the website www.anagkazotrainingsolutions.org or in-person at an ABS office. 12. How much does the course cost? a. 13. How do I pay? You can either pay online using PAYPAL by logging onto the site www.anagkazotrainingsolutions.org and creating a new account or you can pay to any of our offices. 14. How can I pay for my registration and my exams since the circumstances in my country are such that I cannot pay online? Contact the ABS Administrator for payment arrangements. 15. What textbooks are recommended for the ABS Courses? Basic Theology, Pastoral Ministry, Evangelism and Missions and Church Administration and Management all by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills. (See www.daghewardmills.org). These textbooks can be bought online. Each student is required to own personal copies. 16. Can I use any other textbooks apart from the recommended ones? Yes 17. Is the ABS an Accredited Institution? No. 18. Are the ABS Courses Accredited? No. 19. Can I transfer my credit hours from the ABS to continue in other Institution? Practical ministry-oriented Institutions may accept the credit hours. 20. How do I pay for the various programs? You can pay quarterly or yearly. 21. Can I print my Diplomas online? No. However you can print a certificate of completion online. 22. What is an End of Modular Exam? This exam is taken when a student completes all lessons and quizzes for a particular Module. He/she then moves on to the next module of the course if successful. 23. Do I get any credit for my End of Modular Exam? Yes. 24. Can I defer the course at anytime? Yes. A correspondence to this effect must be given to the Administrator of ABS. 25. Is there any fixed period that a student must by all means finish a particular Diploma? Yes. 26. Is there a research component to the ABS Diplomas? No. 27. How do I graduate from a particular Diploma? There will be graduation ceremonies. 28. Must I attend the graduation ceremony at the School Campus? No. It is optional. 29. If I do not attend the graduation ceremony, how do I receive my diploma? The diploma will be mailed to you at your request which should be sent via email. 30. Will the fees for the ABS Programs change from time to time? Yes. 31. Can a student withdraw from the ABS Programs once started? Yes. 32. Is there a surcharge for withdrawal? Yes. 33. What certificates are awarded for the ABS Programs? Christian Foundations Diploma, Church Workers Diploma, Lay Ministers Diploma, Advanced Ministers Diploma 34. What do I need to access ABS? All you need is a computer that is connected to the internet. Each student will have an individual username and password, so multiple students can use the same computer to take ABS courses. 35. When can I start? You can start as soon as you are enrolled in a course. Courses for ABS are opened all year round. 36. When will the Grand Final Exams be written? Grand Final exams will be available twice a year. 37. How can I buy my text book? You can get the textbook either from any Vision Bookshop or you can purchase them online from the school website. 38. Who teaches ABS online courses? The online courses are self-tutoring; however, you can get assistance with tuition 39. How long do I get access to the course? 40. Will I need any special software installed on my computer to do the course? 41. Can I access the site from anywhere with ease? The exam site is a heavy site and therefore it is recommended that you ensure that you access it from an internet connectivity that is fast otherwise you will not be able to view the pages properly and will have challenges answering your exam questions.

Do you offer your courses in French and Spanish too? 45. Assigning of username and passwords: After a list of paid up members is sent to Central Administration, how do members get initial access? When a list of paid up members is received, the Central Administration will send a list of recognized registered candidates back to the diocese/country mission/church with usernames and passwords issued to every student on the list. 46. Break in examination due to power failure or internet disconnection: Is there provision for the candidate to "pause" the exam and resume later? No. 47.
